I am now galvanizing America and the world to join as we view issues that can be change or upgrade.  This Public Awareness thoughts will play a great factor in Garth Music Tour  . com  I would like to separate the Bad from the good and work with the difference after it is all reviewed by me on how i see issues in America in the Caribbean and the rest of the world. All issues starting in a America first will take into great consideration, secondly the Caribbean then the world.
